Jonde Northcutt was born in Los Angeles and grew up in Coronado, California.
She received her BA (Sociology and Fine Art) from Chapman University, Orange, CA and her MA (Graphic Design & Illustration) from California State University, Fullerton.
Additional studies: Semester at Sea (the world's preeminent shipboard program for global study)
Jonde is co-founder of Bluestone Editions printmaking atelier in Orange County, California. She has instructed art venues in collaboration with Arts in Corrections program (California correctional facilities), and California Department of Mental Health. Additionally, she has instructed at universities, art schools and museums throughout the USA. Her work is in corporate and private collections worldwide.
